Converge Rocky Mountain’s Financial Accountability
Our Commitment
Faithful stewardship matters. At Converge Rocky Mountain, we recognize the responsibility entrusted to us by our district churches, their members, our donors, and ultimately, by God Himself. Financial accountability is not simply a best practice. It is a reflection of our integrity, our faith, and our commitment to advancing the gospel.
We depend on God’s wisdom as we steward the resources He has entrusted to us, seeking to use them with care, transparency, and purpose. Our goal is to mobilize and multiply reproducing churches throughout the Rocky Mountain West in a way that honors both the mission and the people who support it.

Responsible Stewardship
To ensure financial integrity and accountability, the Converge Rocky Mountain Board of Overseers has adopted clear standards that guide how we manage and report our finances. These commitments shape our decision-making and reflect our desire to lead with excellence and trust.
Standards for Financial Accountability
Faithful Alignment
We are committed to the Converge Worldwide Affirmation of Faith and conduct all financial affairs in a manner consistent with biblical principles and generally accepted Christian practices.
Shared Leadership and Oversight
We value broad representation from district churches on our Board of Overseers and regional LEAD teams. These leaders provide financial counsel, accountability, and wisdom through regularly scheduled meetings and collaborative decision-making.
Transparent Financial Reporting
Our financial statements are prepared according to Generally Accepted Accounting Practices. We obtain an annual audit or financial review conducted by a qualified, independent examiner to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Open Access to Information
We willingly provide current financial statements and schedules to district churches, their members, and other contributors upon written request. Transparency builds trust, and we are committed to both.
Integrity in All Affairs
We conduct district business with high standards of integrity, avoiding both actual conflicts of interest and the appearance of impropriety.
Honesty in Fundraising
We are committed to truthful and clear communication in all fundraising efforts, including accurate representations of facts and our financial condition.

Why This Matters
Strong financial accountability protects the mission, the churches we serve, and the people who generously give. It allows us to lead with confidence, steward resources wisely, and focus on what matters most: seeing lives transformed through Jesus Christ.
At Converge Rocky Mountain, financial stewardship is not just about numbers. It is about faithfulness, trust, and advancing God’s work together.
