Where Local Churches Meet Global Mission
Converge Rocky Mountain churches partner together to engage in meaningful local & global mission. Together, we help grow believers, strengthen churches, and equip national leaders to reach their own communities for Christ. Our approach is relational, strategic, and focused on long-term impact.
Our Missions Philosophy
We believe effective mission work is built on clarity and focus. Our philosophy emphasizes:
- Empowering national leaders to lead and multiply the Church
- Prioritizing grassroots, church-driven initiatives
- Investing in a few partnerships deeply rather than many superficially
- Focusing on birth and growth of local churches
- Valuing trusted, homegrown relationships over unknown connections

Mission Trips
CRM sponsors two types of international trips to help churches engage globally together.
Vision Trips
Designed for pastors and mission leaders, these trips focus on relationship-building with national leaders and exploring potential partnerships in specific regions.
Work Team Trips
After partnerships are established, work teams are sent to serve identified projects and encourage national partners on the ground.
Churches not yet ready to plan a trip on their own are welcome to join a CRM-sponsored trip and participate in what God is doing globally.

Long-Term Global Partnerships
Through the Local-Global Initiative, churches of all sizes can work together to share Christ’s love in specific parts of the world. By partnering with on-site national leaders, we make long-term investments that lead to transformed lives and communities.
This initiative provides accessible, affordable, and meaningful mission engagement while helping churches grow a global vision rooted in relationship and sustainability.

Engage Globally
Teaming together locally to transform lives globally.
Converge Rocky Mountain believes the local church is God’s primary means for reaching the nations. When churches work together, they can participate in global mission in ways that are sustainable, relational, and deeply impactful.

How We Work Together Globally
For global partnerships to thrive, Converge Rocky Mountain walks alongside churches by equipping congregations for hands on international engagement, helping build focused and strategic relationships with global mission partners, and strengthening collaboration between churches around shared goals. We assist with deploying teams in response to real needs identified by international partners, reduce the cost and complexity of overseas involvement, and help churches pool resources, skills, and finances for greater impact. Along the way, we support the development of churches that lead and sustain global partnerships while partnering closely with the district team for communication, recruiting, and ongoing support.
Partner Churches and the C1 Strategy
Global mission is most effective when churches work together with clarity, trust, and shared responsibility. At Converge Rocky Mountain, our Local Global Initiative is built on partnership. The C1 Strategy exists to help churches collaborate well, steward resources wisely, and sustain long term impact around the world.
How the Partnership Structure Works
How the Partnership Structure Works
Churches play a central role in leading and shaping long-term international mission efforts. Each global initiative below is guided by a lead church that provides vision, partnership, and ongoing relationship for that region. Internally, we refer to these lead churches as C1 churches, but the role itself is not about size. It is about calling, commitment, and a willingness to steward a global partnership well.

Prayer Prioritized
As soon as God’s people get serious about spreading the Gospel, we can expect our spiritual enemy to take notice. That’s why we need to prioritize prayer in our outreach efforts. We need to let God inspire our hearts and guide our efforts. We need to sit in His presence and gain the strength we need for the challenges ahead. We need to build a powerful prayer shield that enables us to carry out our Kingdom work unhindered by the enemy. Prayer has always been central to the life of God’s people. The early church was formed in prayer, and every movement of renewal has been sustained by it. We believe nothing unleashes the power of God more fully than the ongoing, passionate prayer of His people. Our hope is to see Converge Rocky Mountain filled with churches united in prayer across Colorado, Wyoming, western Nebraska, and Utah, preparing us to be a mighty redemptive force in the Rocky Mountain West and around the world.
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”
Ephesians 6:18
